SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA

All goods are shipped ex warehouse by a shipper of the purchaser’s choice, which is required to be stated by the purchaser at point of order/sale. Small consignments can be delivered by Australia Post. A consignment note or a posting receipt will be transmitted by either email or facsimile to you at the time of dispatch.

All goods that are transported by a road shipper will be sent to the nearest depot to the purchaser’s location - This instruction is provided by the purchaser at point of order/sale.
Delivery Period - is determined by the shipper of choice.
Dispatch Period - In normal circumstances goods will be dispatched within 3 working days of purchase.
Shipments despatched by Australia Post will normally be delivered in 1 to 3 business days anywhere in Australia. If you are outside the Australia Post Express Post network you may experience a one day delay.

Ausinco Global offers a money back guarantee on the authenticity of every product we sell and we only sell genuine products with a full warranty. Product warranties are held with the manufacturers with a minimum 12 months. Ausinco Global will not exchange or refund any product unless the product was damaged or faulty when purchased.

STOCK

Whilst we always try to stock adequate levels of all items, stock shortages sometimes occur, due to higher than anticipated demand, shipping delays etc. Should this occur you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay.

LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO GOODS IN TRANSIT

If your products are damaged in transit please contact us on receipt of goods to implement the necessary process for claiming damaged goods. Ausinco Global accepts no liability whatsoever for the loss of or damage to goods in transit.

LIABILITY

At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Unless your postage option includes insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery as this is handled by Australia Post in conjunction with the purchaser of goods (recipient)

Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery, although we always endeavour to get it to you as quickly as possible. We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. However in the event that delivery is delayed, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to the cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after despatch from our warehouse has occurred. We will always endeavour to follow up any missing or lost parcels with Australia Post on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
